The front reception is nice very clean and updated. The gentleman with braces at the front desk needs training on greeting customers, he was more interested being on his cellphone. Our room stunk like wet dog, the white bath towels were stained dark marks on towels our white bed sheets also had stained that’s not ok.

Property is just off I-25 on the outskirts of Ft. Collins. Convenient access to highway, but also some traffic and highway noise. Property seems like it was fairly recently renovated. Mostly in good shape with a few things that could be improved. About 2-4 miles from main activities in Ft. Collins, so driving is necessary. Good value for what it offers.

Clean and quiet.

It was perfect for an overnight stay - clean, quiet, ample parking and close to the main highway. We didn’t partake in the breakfast, but standard continental fare.
