Not sure how this place is getting rave reviews. It was average at best. It is going through a renovation which it needs. The sink in our kitchen smelled moldy. We would not stay again.

The Residence Inn By Marriott in Fort Collins is a great place to stay. Large and clean rooms, good breakfast, and very friendly staff.

The first room we checked into didn't have the heat working during a very cold spell and the staff quickly found us another room. The key cards were not working well. Not sure if it was due to the cold or something with the cares but the staff quickly got us new ones.

The room was big and the bed was comfy, and after a long day of driving it was great to discover an actual kitchen, so that we could eat dinner off plates instead of passing a tupperware back and forth. Good breakfast too!
