Great room, decent menu for snacks and dinner plus a bar that wasn't over priced! Leaving the car for the cruise was affordable. 3rd party shuttle service not very responsive. Booked uber to get to cruise port. Excellent value

The room carpet gets wet when it rains damaging clothing and electronics. The smell of smoke comes inside the room if a next guess uses their heater. Also no parking due to flooding.

I was able to get an extra large room at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean. I was very excited to see microwavable food as my plane had been 5 hours late arriving due to weather and I'd had no dinner. Bonus points for that lasagna! Front desk staff was very helpful.

The property was located close to the airport which is a plus. The room was spacious and the bed was good. The workout room and pool were very good. All good things above but the problem was it did not feel friendly. Had to pay for breakfast. Bar area did not feel welcoming. The elevator was dirty. During three days the elevator had the same disgusting spit on the wall. Front desk staff were very friendly but I did not want to spend time in the common areas. It was not a friendly environment. I guess I was spoiled by a recent visit to a Pensacola hotel that you wanted to be there to see everyone and be seen. Happy hour was fun and 30 plus people participated during a 3 night stay. No one socialized, not at breakfast and not at night. If you like to be by yourself then this will be good for you. Expensive breakfast was pathetic. Charge more and include a welcoming breakfast.

We liked the modern design. We like the location. The main foyer and hallway benches were old and cracked. The room did not have a clean feel about it and the sofa was too dirty to rest on.
