You needed to go to the desk to get towels. Even when you told the desk to have your room cleaned back at 4 PM and it still wasn't picked up or cleaned. Breakfast was just okay.

The location of the property is ideal for shopping , the rooms are pretty good (especially the beds) but what really makes the property is the staff, specifically Shawn from front desk and Tammy from the breakfast staff! Their service is superior, thank you!
