Rude staff and bed bugs DO NOT STAY!!

The staff was extremely rude, very condescending and not helpful. The keys were thrown at me when we had a bed bug issue. Do NOT Stay!!

Parking was very inconvenient and confusing by how you have to walk up and down the parking garage with no stairs or elevators then get on the elevator for your room inside. Just confusing. Also, only one wash cloth for 2 people in the room. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor as well.

Upon arrival parking garage might be cumbersome for anyone with a medium to large vehicle. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. However when we asked for more towels (in room there are two bath towels one hand towel and a washcloth) it took hours and ultimately we had to just take them off a housekeeping cart. All in all it worked for a short two night stay for a concert

The overall property is decent, but the rooms and common area could really use a refresh. The room had a damp scent to it and the corners were filled with dust/crumbs. Fortunately, I was only there for one night but it would not be someplace I could stay for an extended weekend.

The only positive is it's proximity to the airport. We were in room 207. The room smelled like stale and as if theu used cleaner to cover the order. Mold around the bathtub and in general not good condition. Looks as if had a recent update but not properly cleaned an maintained since.
