I’ve stayed at the Hamptons and this one in particular every vacation I take and this is the first time ever that I didn’t get good service and I’m very upset. I didn’t get room service for twos days and I stayed there for 4 nights. I was told room service is every other day but apparently my room was forgotten and even though I went to front desk and even called nothing was still done. Staff is great. Property is old falling apart. 1st room the a/c was apart room 87° fan on floor blowing. 2nd room the a/c would not blow with power and temperture stayed at 75° and smelled moldy So tired slept no sheet ,no blanket ,nothing. Elevator seems like a up and coming death trap. Property should be kept better. Shame because the staff was very accommodating. Also its ridiculous they take no cash for any drinks ,soda ,water ,chips you van purchase in lobby.

This was my second time staying here and I had to go but cleaning supplies to clean the whole bathroom. There was hair in the bed and the room had a funny smell to it. The elevator had a chicken bone in the light fixture/ ceiling.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly or at all. I had to go and get my own cleaner to scrub down the tub and sink with had hair in it. Also, while wiping down the toilet I could tell that they don't lift the seat to wipe it down. The fire alarm went off and I ran down to the lobby just to find out that the alarm was falsely pulled by some kids/teenagers in the building.
