We booked this hotel to stay the night before we go on our cruise. Contacting the hotel was horrendous to get picked up at the airport. The phone calls were answered but immediately put on hold. It took over an hour to get a shuttle to pick us up to take us to the hotel. Once at the hotel, check-in was quick and easy, however, our room had poor water pressure and luke warm water. Also, the toilet broke and wasn’t fixed. There was only one dining option in walking distance to our hotel. The staff was nice however, not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel as many others in the same area.

I think the property was convenient and there were different dining options in the area. My room the carpets were stained, and the bathroom smelled bad. Luckily, I brought room spray so that helped. The room don't have safety boxes which is strange.

Shower is hard to figure out. Too many valves. After getting water on, it stayed scalding hot no matter what. If u stay here, ask for a tutorial on the shower. Sounds silly, trust me you’ll be glad you did.

Travelocity…you are a disgrace. We got to our hotel after booking two queen beds in a room and hotel said that YOU overbooked the hotel and they were sold out of queen bed rooms, so we could only have a king. I clearly typed in that we had 5 people when I booked, so now is there room for my kids. Had to buy a second room. I want a refund from Travelocity. You took my money, and lied to me saying the room with two queen beds was available. That is what I purchased. If I had wanted a King, I’d have booked that. Now I’m out another $200.00 so my kids had no where to sleep. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for your unethical sales tactics.

I love that Home2 Suites rooms are very large, including a larger bathroom & full-sized refrigerator, a dining table with chairs, & two large TVs (one in each room). It’s the perfect configuration for our family as our teen son has his own space as do my husband & I. This location has a very nice outdoor area with cushioned seating & Adirondack chairs. Pool is very nice & clean. Breakfast is free & there is a decent selection, all self-serve. Coffee & hot water for tea, etc available 24/7. I used the laundry facilities which were okay & very convenient to our room on the first floor. Laundry area is within workout area which was very nice. I rode the bike while watching a football game. Nice equipment. Positives outweigh negatives, but I must say that I had questions about the cleanliness of our room. Toilet paper holder was pulled out from wall. I think used sheets were left on pullout couch, so I had to get fresh ones. And the pillows & bed coverings left a lot to be desired! It was like a dust ruffle/mattress cover as a “blanket,” which was very strange. Sheets were nice & soft though. They seemed very short-staffed, & you needed to request housekeeping 24 hrs in advance, which we never remembered to do, but we made do since we were only there 4 nights. Hotel isn’t near many restaurants, but I ordered delicious food from Ole Ole through Grubhub & it was delivered to hotel.
