This waterfront home with ocean access has been fully renovated with modern designs. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a huge 2-car garage, it's a haven for South Florida waterside living. Take a plunge in the saltwater pool or bask on the deck with water views. Inside, revel in the spacious open concept area with an abundance of natural light. This home is a coastal dream located perfectly within 5-10 minutes of multiple beaches, Wilton Drive, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Neighborhood Details
The home is situated in the furthest east-point of the City of Wilton Manors and borders Coral Ridge. All of the primary Ft. Lauderdale beaches are within a 10min trip of the property really giving flexibility for experiencing all that is available in this area. The Wilton Drive scene is less than a 5min drive and Downtown Ft. Lauderdale is a ~10min drive away. Highway 1 is directly around the corner of this home and any store, restaurant, or fast-food chain you would desire is located within .5 miles of the home like Whole Foods, Walgreens, Target, Trader Joe's, Mastro's Steakhouse, Shake Shack, Chipotle, etc. with many more local establishments.

Bedroom Details
The primary bedroom features a King Bed with four pillows, large private bathroom with walk-in shower that includes two shower head adjustment for handheld waterflow, 65" inch smart TV, a lounge / working area, a 6ft full-body mirror, an enormous walk-in closet with cabinets, a second traditional closet with laundry hamper, and a ceiling fan. The additional bedrooms both have Queens beds with four pillows, rugs under the bed for comfort, closets with a laundry hamper and luggage rack, dressers, nightstands, and ceiling fans. All nightstands also have outlets in them for easy convenience of charging your electronics.

Bathroom Details
The primary bedroom has its own private bathroom. This includes a walk-in shower with two different shower heads including handheld for body showers. The primary bathroom also includes two sinks and mirrors. The second bathroom is shared among the two additional rooms and is found in the main hallway. This bathroom includes a tub and single sink. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplies. Two bath, hand and face towels will be provided per guest. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom will be provided. Bathmats will also be provided. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer included.

Kitchen Details
The kitchen includes brand new appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove top. The kitchen also has a microwave, traditional coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, and toaster. The kitchen also is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishware, silverware, knives, cutting boards, cooking utensils, baking sheets, baking trays, over mits, dish towels, meausring cups, colander and more. Barstool seating also available which is shared with the primary entry way living room. A Sponge, plenty of dish soap, 3 dish washer pods, 1 paper towel roll, and a throw away towel will be provided upon your stay.

Living Room #1 Details
As pictured there are two main areas for common living purposes. One is upon the entry way and created to have a lounge ambience to it. There are some entertainment games included with a full deck of cards and poker chips, Uno, and Jenga.

Living Room #2 Details
The second living room includes a 65" inch smart TV with apps like Netflix, HBO, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Subscriptions to these streaming apps are not provided. The TV room also includes a wine fridge for storing any bottles and cans. This is conveniently placed by the large sliding door into the backyard. Here you can store drinks for easy access as you spend your time outside by the pool.

Dining Area Details
The dining area includes a large dining table with seating for six. Next to the dining table a bluetooth Marshall Action III speaker is available to play your favorite music. The speaker gives plenty of volume covering all of the open area. The dining and TV room also share a bar cart where you can store glasses, bottles, and drinks for easy access during your time spent here.

Backyard Details
The backyard includes the waterfront dock which can comfortably fit a 50-foot yacht. The salt-water pool is 5ft deep. The backyard also includes 4 large lounge chairs for sun-bathing and a patio table with an umbrella and 4 chairs. Corn hole boards and bags will be stored in the garage and can be used in the side yard. Access through the side-gates will not be provided as these are padlocked for guest safety and security purposes.

Garage Details
The garage will be available for use. The garage can comfortably fit two vehicles. The washer and dryer are also located in the garage. Every tenant will be provided with 3 washing machine pods to use during their stay.

Exterior Details
There is additional exterior parking available for 4 cars as the driveway is very large. Garbage bins will also be available in the front of the home.

Hallway Supply Closet Details
The hallway closet will include an ironing table and iron for the guests. Also in the closet cleaning supplies like Vacuum and Swifter are available in case you would like to clean any spills or for longer duration stays. Finally the closet includes an umbrella for any rainy days.

Emergency Items
The home has a first aid kit, flashlight, and fire extinguisher for emergency purposes.

Security Details
The home is equipped with a SimpliSafe alarm system. A unique code can be provided for your stay if desired or this can be fully turned off. The exterior is also equipped with Ring cameras for both tenant and owner security purposes.

We can’t say enough about this place or the host. The property exceeded all of our expectations. The layout was perfect for relaxing nights in and cooking, and the outdoor area was absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The host went above and beyond with communication and making sure our stay was enjoyable as possible. We have visited Fort Lauderdale for the past 20 years and he was hands down the best host we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed. We will be back!
