Location! Location! Location! Hollywood beach private house with above ground pool. Just across the bridge from Atlantic ocean. Walk to the beach is less than 6 MINUTES. Short walk and you will be right on the Famous Hollywood Beach Board Walk. Besides the great clean beach, there are all kinds of restaurants, cafes, shops and beach rentals. Fishing charters, green parks, water taxi! Everything within 5-10 minutes walk. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms house, huge back yard with BBQ and Above the ground Pool. Oversize Florida room, 5 flat screen TVs with basic cable and smart tv apps, like Showtime, Netflix and etc. Walking distance to the beach, 6 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, beach rentals, parks, kids play ground, fishing. Parking for up to 5 cars on property. Free 2 hrs on street parking. Cheap alternative of transportation provided by the City of Hollywood - Circuit App. Great for families or large groups. No parties allowed!

Perfect house

Great location with easy access. Owner reached out before arrival and all was as stated. Having 4 bedrooms was nice for 4 older guys on a fishing trip. Beach and restaurants were an easy walk. House was furnished nicely and had plent of cooking utensils. Pool was clean and welcoming in the heat. Overall, just perfect!

Great Getaway to stay in or go out!

My daughter and I stayed here for a few nights and it was so serene and calm. We loved the hidden away gem off the street with easy access to anything we needed. Every was as described and accessible. Thank you!

Fun beach getaway

I would probably rate this place a 4.7. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.Rooms were as described, 1 king with sofa bed, 2 rooms with queen both with sofa beds and 1 room with bunk beds.Kitchen fairly well equipped with adequate amount of pots and pans. TV in every room, good service provided. (helpful on rainy days).Bathrooms dated but very clean, entire house was clean.Publix grocery store 20 min walk and Walmart a short drive.Short walk over the bridge to the beach, under ten minutes. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and wagon very helpful.Back yard had several sun loungers and BBQ worked very well.Only minor cons- the king bed is a little on the soft side (personal preference) and pool not heated, so a bit too cold for swimming.Would definitely rent again.

Exactly what I needed!

The house was beautiful! Had all of the amenities we needed, and a few extras! It was THE perfect location for us. Right across the channel from the Broadwalk, maybe a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool, lounge chairs, even grilled on the patio! It was everything I hoped it would be.

Relaxing Group Beach Trip

We stayed here with a group of 11 people for a beach trip prior to my sister's wedding. It was the perfect place for a large group. It was a very quick walk or drive to the beach. There were a bunch of different beach toys, chairs, coolers, etc. to make the trip to the beach very enjoyable. The pool and backyard was perfect. There was plenty of comphy space for us to relax inside and outside. The host was very responsive and check in/out process was simple. If I was returning to FL with a large group, I would stay here again.

Best trip ever

This rental was beyond our expectations. The amount of amenities it had, plenty of outlets, and things we didn’t remember like hair dryers and coffee! The pictures of this rental fell half the size of it. Comfortable for our family ranging in ages from 1-33. I would recommend this listing to anyone. Great location close to the beach (6 minute walk was completely accurate. Loved every moment. Please stay here! We hope to be back again on another vacation.

We had a group of 7 and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice location and parking options. We walked to the beach and broadwalk a few times. The pool is great. Lots of cool trees on the property and we saw many iguanas and birds.

Family weekend stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Even better than the pictures! We spent one day at the beach and the rest of the time enjoying the backyard pool. It was great for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone! Loved having everything needed for the beach availabe! Would definitelybstay again if ever in the area!
