The location is the best feature. Short walk to the broadwalk. The pools were clean but not heated as advertised. The rooms are dated. We had an apartment which could sleep six. One bathroom. Only mirror in the whole place was in the bathroom. Made it hard to get ready. Go buy a cheap wall mirror from. Wal-Mart. This place also needs table lamps besides the one ceiling light in each room. Couldn't use our bedroom TV as there was no remote. Had a kitchenette with NO cups, utensils, nothing! Housekeeping came every third day. They did great but would've like it EOD at least with towel replacement every day. Had to go to the office every day for towels as they don't dry overnight. That was frustrating. Free breakfast Had some nice selections. All in all I won't be back for the price we paid even though it's a block from the broadwalk.

The best thing was the staff were friendly. Otherwise, the “villa” was very tired and disappointing. The paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling, the tub needed recaulking, there were only two towels and room service was every 3 days only. I paid with Expedia cash. If I had of paid out of pocket I would have been really mad about it.

Rude Staff, wouldn't allow our employees to stay because they didn't have a card for the $100 deposit. Even though we prepayed for everything. The security deposit should be mentioned in the fees when checking out so it can be paid online with everything else. The woman at the front desk was a real gem

Charge for parking and didn’t have any space. Had to pay $97 public parking additionally. Room had leak manager had to clean up but the leak was hazardous above electrical stove. Office staff was disorganized for the event and not ready.

First off, my career in the hospitality field and have a vast experience in restaurants, hotels, and catering facilities / banquet halls etc. So when I personally encounter negative experiences in these types of environments, I always give the benefit of the doubt. After a short stay in March, my experience was less than satisfactory. There are multiple hotels within (2/3) blocks, all are owned by the same company. So don't be fooled by other listings for near by hotels. All the hotels share the same check in location which is also a small convivence store and it get crowded very quickly with a minimal amount of people in it. The staff at check-in were very rude in the manner that they answer questions and provide minimal information. Honestly they seemed annoyed by their guests presence. I arrived very early prior to check in, not expecting a room to be available, but at least get the payment process started. I was not greeted with a hello or how can I help, just a "Yeah" and "your room isn't ready yet, you have to wait or pay the difference for a room that is available." I have no problem waiting I know I'm extremely early. Left came back to finish check in at the "proper" time and waited nearly 40 mins just to get to the front of the line. I was finally given 1 room key that didn't work on my door, back in line to get that fixed. The room itself was poorly maintained. The blinds were broken, complely

Dirty pool. No coffee in room. Tv was broken. Parking very confusing. Me and 2 other guests couldnt find the office. King size bed took up the entite room. Mold on a piece of bread served. Door very difficult to open. When tv did work, very difficult to navigate thru the channel's. Why woukd Expedia even offer this place?
