Horrible experience at check do to no clear understanding on where to check in. Staff helpful and rude. Rooms are dirty and too many hidden fees when nothing is done for the guest like resort fee and when you ask for stuff they ran out

The front desk is 2 blocks away at hollywood beach hotel. No notice walked around for an hour until someone tols us to check in at ither hotel. One lovby manages 4-8 properties the line when we figured it out was 12 people and all were livid. Poor management poor customer service! Horrible!

Rude and unaccommodating

From the moment of check in there was more rules than the Bible. No more than 3 persons could use the restroom or eat from the kitchen. Ridiculous!! My family was not allowed to visit. The room was just as hot as it was outside in the sun. After committing to a late check out, I was basically kicked out which ruined the plans of my last day and then was called 5 minutes after I left to say that my car would be towed if I didn't get it out. I never complained once. Was waiting for this review.

Great location just a block from the beach

Pros: Location just off the boardwalk
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Silver Spray....what a great place for the money. You must understand it is a very old property...but the owners have done an excellent job remodeling and updating the rooms. Very clean...nice kitchenette. Comfortable bed.

great place to say

Pros: close to boardwalk and clean
Location: so many things near by shopping eating
This was a great place to stay they had parking for your car. The room was very clean. I was right up the street from boardwalk. They had a great area that you could use to grill and have dinner.
