You really don’t need a car to enjoy Lauderdale-By-The-Sea’s delights. It’s supremely walkable and everything is conveniently located.People always say vacationing in LBTS, as we call it locally, brings back fond memories of their childhood. It’s that kind of place.
The charm of LBTS stretches from the ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway. As you stroll down Commercial Boulevard, you’ll find unique items ranging from jewelry, clothing, gifts, furniture and home décor to delicious fresh-baked goods and lovely flowers available in locally-owned and operated shops. Beautiful marine sculptures make walkers along the boulevard pause, snap a photo, and learn fascinating facts about the marine life in our waters.
Guests have private use of the entire studio and bathroom.
You will also have access to the property’s outdoor seating area, barbecue grill and free on-site parking. Self check-in is available through a secure keypad, allowing you to arrive without coordinating a key exchange.
Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella are provided for your days by the ocean.

Guest Access
Guests have private use of the entire studio and bathroom, plus shared access to the heated pool, fenced backyard, patio, outdoor dining area and barbecue grill.

• Pool hours are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• The studio has a kitchenette, not a full-size kitchen or oven
• Washer and dryer are not available
• Smoking and parties are not permitted
• Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Because the property is conveniently located near restaurants and local entertainment, occasional live music may be heard, particularly on weekends. Most guests enjoy the lively, walkable location, but very light sleepers may prefer to bring earplugs.
