Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront condo, Work for home and 1 block from the beach! Sleeps 6 ( pullout couch in the living room)
Newly remodeled with brand new furniture.
The pool and patio are shared between 3 other condos on site. Space sleeps 6, queen size bed in each of the bedrooms plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy watching the yachts sail by along with taking in amazing sunsets from the dock. Work from home, 1 block from the beach! Quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together.
Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 6 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay!

We own all 4 condos on the property that share the pool/patio and dock area.

The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can enjoy watching your favorite complimentary Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our BBQ grill. There is grocery delivery available, we can arrange to have the kitchen stocked with your favorites before your arrival. Please ask us about this! There are also some of the best local restaurants just minutes away!
There is a shared laundry room on-site available for guests to use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire pool, patio, and dock area. Guest/ Self entry via a provided Code. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check-in 3pm & Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check-in or late checkouts at this time. Immediate Driving directions will be provided on the day of check-in. We will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns, as we want you to have the best possible stay! Other things to note Pool and patio areas are shared with 3 other condos.

Host interaction was fine. Noise coming from utility closet outside of the left bedroom was loud and obnoxious. Left bed wasn’t comfortable. Pool wasn’t very clean, filter didn’t seem to be working and water level very high. Water temperature was great tho. Overall, not worth the price per night in our opinion. Needed 2 beds and 2 baths, so size was good.

Wonderful Week Away!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days. It was perfect for us. We enjoyed the patio and saltwater pool. It was nice and warm for night swims. We spent time sitting on the patio and watching boats on the canal. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Beds and furniture were in good condition. I was surprised to see children in the other units because I thought it was adults only but that wasn’t a big deal. What I really appreciated was at checkout, all you were expected to do was lock up and leave. No long lists of taking out trash, washing dishes, collecting linens, etc. Sometimes we stay at places and wonder why we pay a cleaning charge when we are expected to do so much before check out. Overall, perfect place! Loved it!

This place is super cute, very clean, and well maintained. The pool area is awesome with lots of seating and a beautiful view of the canal. We were able to walk to restaurants, stores and the beach! We loved this place!

Getaway and Wedding Weekend :)

If your looking for a place to stay - don't hesitate to book this! Everything was fantastic, the beds super comfy, the view out the bed window to the pool utterly relaxing. Being able to sit down, spend time, and swim with my family was awesome. The early morning stroll to the beach is perfect! Even before we got there the host was amazing answered questions, provided a list of restaurants, and responded quickly to questions while there. Thank you for a very lovey stay!
