As you enter 9 Sunview, you are met with a lovely design and open floor plan that is beautiful, inviting and homey. The home comes ready for the family or group with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 double bunks (4 twins). This beautiful home provides an unparalleled vacation experience, combining great amenities, luxurious interiors, and a coveted Florida lifestyle.
Looking to catch some sun? Enjoy your private backyard oasis or make your way to the beach! You can even try your luck catching fish from the beach or backyard canal, Dock and boatlift coming soon!! we have beautiful wildlife all around. If you're hungry, make your way down to Time Square for local restaurants and live music daily.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. For security purposes, there are cameras on the exterior of this home.
This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. The minimum age to rent is 25. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
