Welcome to Seabird Cottage, your quiet oasis in the heart of Fort Myers Beach, FL. Located at 136 Primo Drive, the cottage is minutes from Estero Blvd, Times Square, Margaritaville and seven miles of white sandy beaches.

This brand new, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sleeps 6.

Situated on a deep water canal with Gulf access, you will have wonderful water views, with direct fishing and boating right from the backyard. Dolphins, manatees and water birds frequent the canal for your wildlife viewing pleasure. A large elevated deck will have you sitting high, looking out over the water and feeling the cool breezes.

This newly built home will create an incredibly warm and inviting vacation for you. Natural light, combined with a combination of earthy colors, rich fabrics and textures, has fashioned this home into your own private retreat.

The living room has a wall of pocketing slider doors that open to the large screened rear deck. Water views abound while sitting in the living room. Catch up on the evening news or stream your favorite movie app on the large smart TV.

The complete new custom kitchen includes high end stainless-steel appliances, a deep sink and dishwasher. Everything has been provided to assist you in preparing a simple breakfast or a full dinner. Of course, with so many phenomenal restaurants just a one minute walk from the house, you may never use the kitchen at all!

The master bedroom is a grand retreat. A king-size bed waits for you to slumber the night away. A smart TV is there for you to catch a late night movie. There are two closets and an invigorating en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There are two guest bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The queen room has a walk-in closet while the twin room has a reach-in closet. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the hallway.

The exterior screened-in deck will command your attention, set up with a table/chairs set, as well as a couple of lounging chairs for some morning coffee, along some bird watching experience. And just when you thought that was it, there's more! Sit down waterside and BBQ, where you will find patio furniture for six guests while listening to the sounds of Fort Myers Beach. High-speed wireless internet and a washer and dryer have been provided during your stay.

Heading to the beach? The beach wagon in the ground floor storage room contains beach towels, chairs, cooler and sun umbrella. Bringing or renting a boat while staying? No problem. There is a boat dock area to tie off.

It was a brand new wonderful cottage with a great host. The location was ideal, as we could easily walk for dining out, to Sand sculpting contest, etc.I highly recommend this as a beach family getaway. And, it was very quiet, even though close to Estero blvd.

Enjoyed the easy walk to the beach! Also spent a few day passes at Margaritaville. Enjoyed the BBQ a few nights and kitchen was reasonable for making an egg breakfast to start our day. Beds were comfortable. Also loved the screened in upper deck for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Highly recommend.

Our adult family of six had a wonderful stay at Michael's house. Everything was decorated nicely and the house was well stocked with all the items to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife that Fort Myers has to offer. Communication was great and we liked the fact that we could bring our boat and easily access the Gulf. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect spot!

We stayed 2 weeks, loved the place and have booked again for next year. The owner was friendly and responsive and has done a great job in providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. His notebook gave lots of good tips about things to do in the area. The outdoor grill and fishing off the dock added to the visit. Seabird Cottage was wonderful, neat, clean with many amenities. The location was within minutes of an awesome beach, sunsets and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful time and we recommend this house to anyone!

5 Star home, host and location!

This home is stunning and so convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and the mainland. The host, Michael, has been thoughtful providing everything a guest would need for their vacation. Having a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, towels and umbrella was so appreciated and saved room in our vehicle for other things. We loved grilling on the ground level and watching the pelicans and fish. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything one would need to make family meals. We can't wait for our next beach vacation at this property! Great Location!

This cute house is in a great location. Close to everything. Super clean. Would stay again. Only thing that was a little upsetting was the cleaning crew coming on in while my kids were still trying to get all their stuff out of the house and packed into their car before it was even check out time. Didn't say anything to them just went on it.

Fun Staycation

Home was as pictured and described. There were 4 of us, 2 adults with 2 kids, well young men (16 & 19). We walked to Times Square and the beach every day and night, very close (a block to the beach and 3-4 blocks to Times Square). Lots of choices for restaurants. Was nice and relaxing to sit out back. Wish we had Kayaks since the water/dock was right there. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Was a nice getaway before school starts back up.
