Comfy seating and sofa sleeper in Living Room. Large screened TV can be viewed from Living Room or Bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with table for four.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! FL gulf condo

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. The unit is well maintained, kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfy. Had a minor inconvenience with the toilet and maintenance was on site within 10 minutes. The grounds are looking good after the hurricanes too, beach restoration is ongoing but not a deterrent to enjoying the gulf. Anything you might need for a relaxing getaway is provided, just buy groceries and you’re all set. 10/10

The description of the condo matched what we got when we walked into the unit. Only issue was the fact that we and everyone else in building #A experienced about 3 days of no elevator service. Walking up 7 levels of stairs after a day of playing baseball was a little rough. Other then that we were pleased with our stay.

Check in was pretty easy. The code for the door changing in the middle of the stay was inconvenient, especially since I wasn't given the right code. A few additional kitchen supplies would be nice, like a baking sheet or pizza pan, but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked! Biggest negative was that the property was listed with a tub, and there was only a shower. When said something to the lister about that and the ac, they never addressed the incorrect listing! Had I known, I would have chosen a different property as I had a kid with me. You have to have special keys for the pool which was not communicated with me. It's a great idea, but needs to be communicated with the renter. Overall I would stay in this area again, just in a different condo!

Awesome location on a private beach!

We truly loved the location... the balcony faced the estuary and the gulf! Having a somewhat private beach area was great! The condo buildings set-up made us feel very safe and comfortable with the area! The individual condo size was very roomy and nicely set up with the king-size bed being very comfy! The only issues were that the bathroom fan needs to be replaced, a new larger table would be suggested for the balcony, and possibly a better fan (the current box fan is not the best and is very dirty!) for air flow for the bedroom area. All appliances worked well! We did have a broken bedside lamp that never got repaired, but made do with the floor lamp available. Had lots of goodies, such as beach chairs, umbrella, some toys if needed, to use for the beach and noodles for the pool (they only allow noodles in the pool- no floats). We certainly would love to come back and stay here!!

Beautiful beach and view.

Small condo but nice. Down fall is the old squeaky bed. Bed is hard and pillows flat so didn’t get much sleep. The bed needs replacing. Also you have to keep blinds closed at this tome for turtles but some of the vertical blinds are missing. The view and beach were amazing.

Location to beach and restaurants was amazing. The condo was nice - we had an issue with the blinds which was taken care of immediately. The condo is in need of updating, but our stay was still enjoyable! We would stay there again.

I would highly recommend a stay at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. This particular unit on the 6th floor has amazing views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets (alas, it was mostly cloudy while we were in town), a full kitchen, cable TV (no wifi, but accessing internet on our phones was sufficient), pool and beach toys (floats, shovels, etc.), and more. There are gas grills downstairs. My husband and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary on this trip and we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Perfect Get Away!

We LOVED our condo! It was the perfect size for two. I think it would be a bit tight for four. There is some small updating that needs to be done, such as broken slats in the blinds and a rusty shower curtain rod. However, OMG the view! Our favorite days were spent on the beach just a quick walk from the condo. I highly recommend! PERFECTION!

Relaxing Getaway

Very nice studio, bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was a very quiet location. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. We also enjoyed the many restaurant options that were in walking distance and the farmers market across the street.
