Everything was good. There are some repairs and TLC needed - weeds everywhere, front door screen broke, dishwasher top shelf broke, dryer needs more ventilation as it took 2 plus hrs to dry a load if towels. Overall tho - it fulfilled our need.

Great property in an ideal Fort Myers Beach location, close to everything! There’s direct beach access just across the main road, about a 4-minute walk. The home was stocked with thoughtful beach amenities like a wagon, chairs, and towels, which we used daily.We stayed with a group of eight and ran out of toilet paper during our trip. I messaged the host, who responded immediately and dropped off extra rolls within an hour, along with some unexpected goodies, such a kind and appreciated gesture!Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for easy beach access with walkable proximity to bars and restaurants.
