Prompt communication. Condo bright and clean . Did not get off to a good start as the beach in front of the condo complex was under construction and that was not communicated. After a very long day it was a disappointment. Not sure we would have booked if we knew this . Plus the noise and dust . He did offer us a day or two longer but we flew here and flights already booked and car rented for said time as well . No other compensation . The pool was very nice . Building clean and very welcoming. Couldn’t find an umbrella and was told it disappeared recently . One of the two beach chairs not sturdy . He ordered two new chairs and an umbrella but didn’t come until the afternoon 3 days later . They were very nice . Master bedroom tv was down 95% of the time only to have a few minutes before it went out . A/C worked well . Kitchen nicely stocked . This is definitely a small condo. But adequate for two people. Lovers key more laid back and a drive to main attractions. Peak of spring break during our stay . State park easy drive and away from crowds .
