This exceptional beachfront unit has a private screened-in patio offering great views overlooking the white sand gulf beach and spectacular sunsets. Why stay at a hotel for your vacation, when you can stay at this beautiful newly furnished non-smoking condo unit with its fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed and a living area with two sleeper sofas. The resort has a heated pool, elevator, new washers and dryers, shuffleboard, gas BBQ grills and tables. A convenient full service grocery store, Marina, and Bistro are across the street. The resort is mid-island for a less crowded beach experience but the local trolley can take you to anywhere on the island. Lovers Key, Sanibel, other public beaches and attractions are just a short drive away. This discounted and rarely available condo is yours to rent Jan 24th - 31st 2026 in unit 502 and/or Jan 31 - Feb 7th - 17th in unit 305. Please note that all pictures of the resort are before it was completely rebuilt after hurricane Ian.
