The open concept living, and dining area is bathed in natural light from the wall of sliding glass doors and row of windows that this corner unit features. Comfortable new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa (converts to a queen-sized bed), will have you relaxed and feeling at home in no time. There's a large TV so you can catch your favorite show. There's also free internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water (or order take out!).

Brand-new stainless-steel appliances (including that oh so important dishwasher) compliment the custom cabinetry and granite countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - tableware and cookware.

For entertaining, there's also a dining area with a table for four conveniently located right next to the breakfast bar. Meals can be enjoyed here or out on the lanai.

The Master Bedroom En Suite will be waiting for you at the end of the day. A true Master Retreat, there's a King-sized bed, in-room wall mounted large flat screen TV, walk in closet and full Master Bath to spoil you. Enjoy your private lanai access from the Master Bedroom - better to sneak out through the Master Bedroom sliders to the lanai for some late-night star gazing or watching the moon sparkle on the Gulf. The Master Bath features a large vanity and tub/shower combo. The Guest Bedroom accommodates your family or friends with a Queen-sized Bed and its own TV. There's even a washer/dryer tucked away in the Kitchen- no visiting the laundromat during your vacation! Located on the quiet, residential southern tip of the island, Carlos Pointe Beach Club is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Remember you did come here for the beach and Carlos Pointe Beach Club doesn't disappoint. Your backyard is one of the country's top-rated beaches - 7 miles of sugar white sand. This secluded, extensive beach is at the southern tip of the island where Big Carlos Pass at Lover's Key State Park and the Gulf meet so keep your eyes posted for dolphins, pelicans, sea turtles, ospreys, spoonbills and the many species of shore birds that make our Gulf waters their home. It is also the home for many turtle nests during turtle season May - October.

On-site amenities at Carlos Pointe Beach Club include a Gulf front heated pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, and a social room overlooking the pool. For your convenience, there are two building elevators, secured lobby entrances, and ample on-site parking.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
