Situated on the Gulf and Fort Myers beach. Enjoy the heated pool, tennis, pickle and boccie ball. Santini plaza is located across the street for shopping, dining, weekly farmer's markets. This a is 7-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL. NO smoking on property!
This is a 1 small dog friendly condo, the dog must be under 30 pounds. And you will need to fill out a pet verification form for the Association.. Dogs must be on a regulated Estero Beach & Tennis Club red leash while staying at the property at all times. From April 1 - August 31 it is bird nesting time, please keep the pet away those areas on the beach.
The condo has an open concept layout with the living area, kitchen and dining area in one open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to show off the chef in you, you can choose to have your meal at the island that seats 4 or you may want to enjoy your meals out on balcony. The couch converts to a queen size sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a beautiful king size bed and a chest of drawers for all your belongings. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. All linens are included with this property. The condo does not have its own washer/dryer, there is a coin operated laundry room just outside the lobby, it takes quarters or you can download the app that is on the machine to pay by credit card.
The condo is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. Estero Beach and Tennis Club has a spectacular heated pool with plenty of loungers to relax on and enjoy the sunshine, or you can take a short walk down to the pristine beach where you can sunbathe, go shelling, catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the water or take a nice stroll along the water's edge. Complimentary WIFI is in the unit.
Estero Beach and Tennis Club also includes tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, BBQ areas, and direct beach access, with a trolley stop for island wide transportation.
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a 5 days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass. It is located in the B building.
You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. If you are traveling with friends that need a place also, please contact me so I can check availability either in the same building or one of the other buildings associated with Estero Beach and Tennis Club.
