Return to Ft. Myers Beach

We really enjoy staying in this part of Ft. Myers Beach with less crowds. The property is directly across the street from Publix and a couple of bay side restaurants. The condo itself, as well as the property, was clean. The closet with beach chairs, umbrella, and other items was greatly appreciated. Our corner unit provided extra breeze and wonderful views of the beautiful sunsets. The whole community continues to rebuild after several hurricanes which can create some minor inconveniences. But, they are nothing in comparison to what the community has been through. We were so glad to get back to some of our favorite restaurants and even try a couple of new ones. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Location!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was good for our vacation, and the house itself was updated and clean. We especially enjoyed being footsteps from the beach. A couple of small things that could make the experience even better. The kitchen, while functional could benefit from a few more essential cooking tools and basic spices. This would be a great help for guests who prefer cooking at home. We did experience some issues with the AC cranking itself up to 80 at times and then shutting off after we’d turn it back down? not sure if that was just the smart thermostat controlling the temp or if there was just an issue with the AC but after turning it off and then back on it seemed to work good until the next morning. It did stay cool enough inside with the fans on so it wasn’t a major issue! Overall the house was as described and we enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. The home is perfectly appointed in every way. It is clean, nicely decorated, it absolutely lacks nothing. All communication with owner was excellent. You will not be disappointed!

1st return to FMB since 2021

This condo is a corner unit on the north end of building. That means awesome views of the gulf and beach plus stunning sunsets. Everything is new, full size fridge a plus, plenty of room, literally everything you need. We brought our own loungers for the beach as property loungers stay on the grass by the beautiful palm trees. Location is perfect on the island. Looking forward to a return trip.

Best location in Ft. Myers Beach!

Our group FINALLY got to return to Seaside after the hurricane diverted us for a few years, and we were so happy to be back! Our family has been going to Seaside for over 20 years, and we had a great group of 32 this past week for Spring/Easter break. Seaside is the best location in Ft. Myers Beach, and the renovations are beautiful! Great weather, so close to Publix, lots of seashells this time, and we really appreciated the extras in this unit - beach chairs, beach toys, kitchen supplies, etc. Construction next door and throughout the building was quite noisy, but understandable given the circumstances. It will be a perfect vacation spot year after year again once it's all complete! We met a few nice owners that enjoyed watching our family games of volleyball, football, and soccer on the beach, and the cleaning/maintenance crew on site could not have been nicer. Of the 8 units we had, we wish all had more outlets or accessible power strips for adult/kid devices in the evening and laundry baskets. Overall just happy to be back!

Back at the Seaside!

The Seaside and our unit have been redone to perfection since Hurricane Ian. Our host was great and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The decor is beautiful and the view of the Gulf is unbelievable. You won’t be disappointed if you are planning a visit. The location is very convenient and Publix is right across the street.

Perfect condo for the four of us. Pool is very nice and the view is amazing!!! Perfectly located across from Publix. Traffic was a little crazy but renting bikes made it nice to get around.
