Every room beachfront. Friendly and responsive staff. Breakfast included. Plan on returning. Grounds are well cared for and pleasing. A/C exhaust on balcony a little loud. Clean place and but well maintained.

The breakfast was great! The staff working the breakfast bar was also very nice and helpful! The beach access was the reason for booking here and it didn’t disappoint. Could use some better beach chairs for the rate they charge. They seemed older and didn’t recline all the way down. The room was very nice for the price. However the beds were not very comfortable. (Harder than I would like)

This hotel was perfect. Very clean, and quiet location right on the beach. Easy walking, about a 10 minutes to Times Square with tons of great restaurants and bars. Breakfast every morning was outstanding. Lots of options, both hot and cold, and due to covid, there was 2 very friendly ladies who served us every morning. Didnt utilize the pool, since we wanted to just be on the beach, but the pool looked clean and lots of chairs. There's an option to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach and was well worth the $30 a day charge. They only serviced the room if you requested it, again due to covid, but when we requested it, they promptly cleaned it for us. Really nothing bad to say about the place! If you stay here, you won't be disappointed. We'll definitely be back!

It would have been nice to have a bar or restaraunt on property, though the breakfast was excellent and the staff wonderful. The chairs/umbrellas were reasonable for the day at $30. Perfect location. Quiet. Beautiful sunsets. Very close to downtown area and lots of restaraunts. Truly enjoyed our stay. Jordan was great!

The last time we visited here, they had chairs on the property to relax in. I didn’t like that they took all of their chairs away, that sit overlooking the ocean. I understand, they were eventually removing the sod to replace it, but they took the chairs away two days before hand. This was a bummer. The breakfast, while appreciated was sub par.
