Downtown Fort Myers and there are a lot of great places to explore in the area. Fort Myers’ climate is classified as sub-tropical and it is blessed with 266 days of sunshine per year, which is 73% of the time.

Since it is located right on the western coast of Florida, residents of Fort Myers can choose to visit an almost unlimited number of beaches in the area. There is Fort Myers Beach, which is a 7-mile-long barrier island just south of Fort Myers that also contains the famous Estero Island. This beach is located 30.1 miles from the house. Across the bay, there is also the beautiful Sanibel Island and its Causeway Islands Park beaches. Naples is 49.1 miles away and Venice beach is 61.4 miles away.

Fort Myers doesn’t just offer the surf and the sand. There are plenty of other year-round outdoor adventures available through the numerous hiking and biking trails around the beaches and the mainland.

Boat owners/lovers, you can bring your boat to the house and keep at our onsite dock, or you can rent a boat (pontoon or otherwise) and keep it at the dock during your stay. If you plan on doing that, please let us know so we can give you specific safety instructions.

Pool cover must be put on at night, in order to maintain temperature(88-90 degrees)!

Cannot guarantee set temperature in unusually cold weather conditions.

Pool service is usually on Thursdays
Lawn care services are usually Saturday
Garbage pick up in Friday morning @7am
Pest control is monthly ( usually around the middle of the month)
Check-in: 4pm
Check-out: 10am
No parties or illegal activities
Must be 25 to rent
No smoking
