The property was excellent but would not recommend going because there isn’t much to eat on the island. You have to drive to Ft Meyers for dinner.

Very lovely and well-maintained grounds, pool area, beach with good quality beach chairs and towels. The room was clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed including a safe, refrigerator, microwave, iron/ironing board and a convenient and nice bathroom and amenities. The tiki bar closed too early at 7 pm and the restaurant/market did not offer much of a menu, but there are very good restaurants nearby.

It is very clean and staff is nice. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Was on the first floor and the upstairs were making a lot of noise which was disturbing.

The staff were friendly and wanted to help! Our upstairs room door did not seal when closed. Sand flies "no-see-ums" could enter and did enter during the night.

Property was fine but not exceptional. Rooms look out over parking but are a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Beach is again fine but not exceptional compared to other beaches on the Island. Room has coffee maker but no creamer or sugar from what I could find. No cups for drinking water. We are looking for a place to return to over and over and to recommend without reservation to friends and family. Fell short of this standard

Nice stay in Sanibel

We loved our room. It was on the first floor corner. It was close to the pool and the path to the beach. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very nice. The only issue we had was that there were two rooms near us (one was right next door) who had yappy, barking dogs. They barked when they were not there. They barked if we closed our door or someone walked by their door. We went to the office to complain, but we didn't want to change our room to accommodate the dogs. Perhaps there can be a section of the hotel just for dogs? Otherwise, our visit was very nice.
