Our home is perfect for a family reunion or a few friends with their kids. The Round House is located in a quiet subdivision 4 miles from the town of Winter Park. There is no train or highway noise, just tranquil sunny treed views and peaceful mountain surroundings. We take great pride in keeping our home updated and love to hear our returning guests comment on any changes. We just got new carpet throughout, remodeled all 3 bathrooms and replaced some windows. We also added new mattresses and now have 2 king beds. We strongly prefer no more than 10 adults and 16 people maximum. Additionally, this is our only rental, we won’t direct you to ‘other listings’ and we are not after maximizing our bookings. Weekly stays offer the best rate. - Great room with sunny panoramic meadow views, wood burning stove, intimate seating for 9 (think sipping hot cocoa around a crackling fire)
- Gourmet fully-equipped kitchen with large pantry
- Large slab table seats 10+ comfortably plus 5 bar-stools at the kitchen bar
- Deck off kitchen with fire pit table, 8 chairs in summer, umbrella and barbecue grill
- Master bedroom (moose): King bed, TV, and twin bed with full bathroom (shower and separate tub) remodeled 5/24, walk-in closet
- 2nd bedroom (fish): Queen bed and a double bed
- 3rd bedroom (tree): King bed, plus hotel sized crib (sheets supplied)

- A big meadow where sledding, snowman and tunnel building can entertain kids’ young and old for hours, or if weather allows roast marshmallows in outside firepit
