Check in was excellent, the front desk agent was very helpful. Our rooms air is barely working. The fan is in but it is only cool right in front of it. Right before bed we requested an additional blanket for the pull out bed and the new desk agent would not provide one. Not a terrible stay but not an amazing stay either.

The property was nice however the elevator was out of order and as an disabled person I had to walk up and down the stairs and that was not fun due to just receiving new hips however the staff inform me that they could reimburse me 50% of my stay. Because I book with Expedia the request have to come through you, therefore I am asking you to request on behalf of me for a reimbursement and let me know so I can fellow through with them.
