The renovation are great but taking to long. The last time I was there the rooms were being done. This time it was the pool which I didn’t know until we arrived. Very disappointed. The new beds and pillows were very comfortable. I like the fact the coffee pot is a keurig. I was there for 4 days visiting family and still don’t know how to work the remote for the TV. Breakfast was as usual and good for a quick bite before your out for the day. Will go back but I will check on the renovation next time.

The property is under renovations. It was quite area. Right off parkway convient to everything lots of restaurants. The manager couldn't locate my reservation but he went all out to find so I appreciate his customer service above and beyond

A bad situation was saved by good management

My 19 yr old daughter made a reservation. She was traveling two hours from home to photograph an event. Thank God she had called the hotel before leaving to ask a question. In the process of the conversation she found out she would not be able to check in as she is not 21. My daughter called me and told me about the situation and that the person she talked to hung up on her. I called hotels.com. The agent called the hotel and got the same rude treatment. So I had to travel with her to check her in. When we got to the hotel, I told the manager what happened. The manager was WONDERFUL as was the young man who checked us in. The hotel was very nice. The room and fixtures were modern and elegant. It was clean and very comfortable. Love the Dove bath products. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety of foods and dining area. It is a shame that a rude person was our first impression of the hotel. Everyone else and the hotel were a delight.

Very disappointed. I was called the day before asking if they could upgrade me at no additional cost. I agreed. The room was ok but the bathroom was horrible, the tub looked like they had used it to do work, the bottom had ruts and no glaze and the drain had green gunk on it. I placed a full bath towel down to take a quick shower. No exhaust fan so the dew dripped off the top ceiling header as you brushed your teeth.

The comfort and appearance of everything in the hotel are very good, the cleanliness, the security, the food and above all the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious.
