I never seen carpets dirty than this place, the dining room carpet is nasty, the beds mattress. They are very hard. My back hurts, the bathroom don’t have sheet metal to close, and only two little towels in one math, the lamps they are very old and everything is dirty. I never wantto go back there.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property in the last week and breakfast area is not well stocked as there were no plates for breakfast on both of my last stays. Other items were out as well. It appears as if they don’t want to put out very much of the items they offer. Maybe I will give them one more try. However, bed was comfortable even if the carpets are in need of a good cleaning to remove lots of spills and dirty spots. Bathroom was clean though.

Cons: The carpet in the lobby near the elevator was dirty and unpleasant. I booked a room with two beds, but one of the mattresses was in poor condition—my friend woke up with back pain. It definitely seems like it’s time to replace that mattress. Pros: Very affordable, includes breakfast, and parking is only $3 per night. The location is excellent with easy access to the freeway. Despite the issues, I would book again.

At the check in, the guy didnt told me the room, so after unloading i had to get back to the front desk. They say that parling is free on premises, but they charge you for overnight parking. The room is fine but the restroom looks like a crimescene

The thermostat in the room did not work. The plate in the microwave as way to big for it so it spilt your stuff trying to turn. I reserved the room for 3 and had 2 towels no washcloths or anything. The smapoo and conditioner were empty in the room. The floors needed to be vacumed. The hott tub was broken but there no signs and front desk did not tell you. When I talked to front desk manager she just nodded her head and explained they only set for two even if you resevere jn advance and didnt acknowledge my other issues.

La Quinta – An Okay Stay with Room for Improvemen

My stay at La Quinta was decent, but the hotel feels like it’s adjusted to the typical clientele and doesn’t go out of its way to make guests feel welcomed. Let’s break it down: **Check-In:** I arrived at 3:15 PM and waited **15 minutes** before anyone came to the front desk. There was no bell to alert staff, which was frustrating—especially since I only noticed one was added *after* I left. Not the best first impression. **The Room:** Clean and smelled wonderful—no complaints here! The **support staff (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)** were the highlight of my stay—friendly and efficient. **Breakfast:** Very basic. Waffles were available, but no protein options. I get why they keep it simple, but a little more variety would go a long way. **Check-Out:** Easy but impersonal—just drop your key cards in a bowl and leave. If the goal is to make guests feel at home, a little human interaction (even just a "Thank you!") would help. **Final Thoughts:** Actions speak louder than words. Would I return? **Yes**, but mainly to see if my next stay is better. I enjoy monthly staycations, so maybe La Quinta can become my go-to when I’m in town—if they step up the hospitality.
