I booked a "Luxury" room, but turned out it's only one of the rooms at end/edge of the building with extra window and some space, nothing luxury about it. The wifi signal is so weak it's not usable. Window faces busy freeway so the noise is extra loud!
I asked the desk to fix the wifi signal but only got lip-service "will talk to the manager". The manage was not on-site most of the times. Eventually I requested to change to a reqular room which was quieter and had better wifi signal, but the hotel refuses to refund the differences between luxury and regular room.
I have another party that reserved another Luxury room, but at check-in they were told the luxury room was not available due to some problem, and were given a reqular room, again no refund of the differences between luxury room and reqular room. I think the hotel is not respectful of its customers.
