The staff was friendly and very responsive. We checked in Monday night and departed Friday morning, but our room was not cleaned nor towels exchanged for that period. Ice machines were out of order, so you had to go to the desk for ice, which the staff served you gladly. The breakfast was good. We are accustomed to Comfort Inn Suites and thought Comfort Suites was the same, but understand it's different.

We were in Clovis for an event. They let us check in early and Chena at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed our short stay.

The person at the front desk was incredibly nice. The hotel was easy to find. The room is clean but the soap in the bathroom was already open and there is a stain on one of the pillows that looks a awful lot like blood. But the room will be fine for the night.

Good VALUE. Smelled clean. Bed comfortable. Nice sheets & towels. Furniture good. Heater worked well. Hot breakfast was good. I enjoyed having hot chocolate, coffee & fresh water in the lobby. Staff was nice. Simple hotel. I would stay there again. 😊
