Holds up to 8 guests 1 King Sized Beds, 1 Queen & 2 Full beds, & queen-size air mattress. Includes 3 car garage with a and a nice peaceful backyard to relax!. with BBQ & fire pit!. Great place to spend time with family and friends You will find that our home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Great for business professionals, families, or groups of travelers. -Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- No parties allowed. Unauthorized a party/event - $250 fine.
-Excessive Guests - $50 fine per person.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
-We have 2 security cameras, one on the front door and the other outside in the garage, it's only for security purposes.

Beautiful House but we had issues

We arrived at dinner time and the a/c was off. The house was 94 degrees inside. We turned on the a/c but it took all the way to the next morning until it cooled off. The first night we were all hot and uncomfortable. The owner was informed when we arrived and sent us the thermostat manual to disable the programming. It wasn't the programming though, it was just that the a/c was off and not set to a manageable temperature. We also had ants everywhere. We told the owner and he told us to spray them. Then we showed him that there were 2 piles of ants in the fridge. It was disgusting. Our personal items and food were covered in ants. We notified the owner again and he sent pest control out within a couple hours. It helped but it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. The beds are not comfortable. They were all very firm. Also the three bedroom fans are controlled by one remote. When you adjusted the master bedroom fan, the other 2 bedroom fans changed too and vice versa. It was very annoying. The house was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and communicative but the issues we had would prevent us from staying there again and we wouldn't recommend it to friends.

Perfectly Amazing!

We loved our stay and found nothing to complain about! Super clean, well stocked, and a great quiet neighborhood. The landscaping and yard was gorgeous! Great backyard with beautiful seating to hangout when the weather cooled down. The bathrooms were awesome and the whole house was updated and modern. Thank you for a lovely place for our family to stay!

Beautiful home, well appointed, immaculately kept, comfortable and offers easy access to groceries, restaurants, shopping and interstates. It's also close to a Golf course and friendly parks. Super safe area. My family truly enjoyed our stay and thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Beautiful, clean, safe house

This rental is incredibly clean and just beautiful. It has everything we needed as a family with 3 young kids. The garage was a big plus. It's also on a cul-de-sac, which was great for the kids riding their bikes. We were so comfortable!
