The room was definitely not cleaned prior to us checking in. We called ahead to see if it was possible for us to check early and they said as long as we get there after 12pm we should have no problem checking in early for a $25 fee. We got there at 1pm. The room was not ready. The. They charged my card twice (I do not blame the front desk person I know it was a system issue). We finally get into the room and there was fleas present in the room and it smelled like cat urine. Luckily, we called the front desk and they said they would send someone over. A man came over and agreed it smelled like cat urine so he offered to have it recleaned or a refund( we had plans that we were running late for, so we opted for a room recleaning). When we got back the room smelled better but we discovered there was dead roaches in the drawers of the dresser and no soap, no shampoo nor body wash. Upon the first use of the shower the handle came off and there was a sizable crack around the drain on the floor of the shower. It felt as if it were going to cave in at any moment. They only give you two body towels so when we asked for more and for some soap/shampoo/body wash (as I mentioned all the containers were completely empty) we were told by the front desk person that we would have to wait for maintenance to address it&if we wanted more towels we would first need to bring back our dirty towels. At check they charged $10 for getting make up on the comforter even though there was cigarette burns.

This place is gross and dirty. Lots of druggies hanging around and the rooms are dirty. No soap in the rooms either. Just truly terrible.

Simple and easy stay. A hotel that is priced exactly to what it should be. Room was clean, however, outside of building and walking through. Had a very off or pungent smell but inside the room no problem. AC worked well, and check-in was easy.
