Lovely home with lots of parking. Clean with new appliances. Only thing to keep an eye out for is the burrs/stickers in the grass. Might’ve been the time of year but I had to cut pretty big mats of them out of my dog’s fur where they burrowed into his fluffy fur.

The house was super clean. Real inviting Host was great. Any questions I had was answered right away. Had no questions cuz everything was provided to me on point. It was very family friendly. Had a nice barbecue grill. A nice size backyard. Pets are welcome. They even had a pooper scooper overall. Very happy. Would definitely rent again

Host cancelled our reservation

I received a voicemail at 9pm the night before our trip. The host canceled our reservation. The next morning we’re were leaving for my uncles wedding. The host said the house already had people in it. He wasn’t even sorry. Vrbo offered me a refund but I received an email stating it will take 2 weeks. Terrible customer service. Six of us had to pay more than double for a new place to stay.

The property/area was quiet. House itself was very nice. The communication was good leading up to the visit. The beds were not very comfortable. The pullout couch bed was very uncomfortable. We were unable to get the tv to cooperate to watch Netflix but Directv was available. There were clear instructions in a binder. Everything was labeled. Really only downfall to the stay were the bugs. Many small pesky insects.

Clean, Nice & Easy

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and well-looked after. Instructions were easy and focused on our enjoyment of the property. Appreciated that we didn't need to do any prep before leaving (like strip beds, loading dish washer). Could have used more basics in the kitchen -but overall very much enjoyed the house and our stay. Cute, updated home in older Fresno Neighborhood

We enjoyed staying in a well-kept updated clean home for our stay during a very hot Fresno week-end. We were very happy the home had a working air conditioner. Home is located in an older neighborhood which is close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers. Kitchen is well equipped; just may want to bring your favorite spices if cooking your own meals. The neighborhood was very quiet during our stay.

Pet and Family Friendly

This home was beautifully remodeled and extremely clean. The mattresses were VERY comfy and the property manager was very accommodating both before and during our stay. It was one of our most enjoyable vacation rentals yet. I highly recommend this property if you’re staying anywhere in the Fresno area, as it has easy access to the highway.

Beautiful home! Clean and well stocked.

Three senior ladies stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The home is newly updated abs very comfortable and safe. The property managers were amazing answering my questions before we booked and while there. I will be staying here the next time I'm in fresno.

Loved this home and the host!

Mr. Masato gave us the best experience at our house! Everything in the house was so well thought-out, detailed, clean and modern. We had everything we needed and the instructions given were very easy to follow. A great home to stay in, had plenty of sleeping areas and beds and was very accessible to all the shopping and restaurants. Definitely will be booking this same place again when we're back in Fresno😊
