The staff was great but the room smelled bad like dirty socks, the tv would work for awhile then lose picture but had sound turn it off for a bit and picture would come back, in the bathroom toilet paper holders were falling off the wall, wall paper was in bad shape with tears in it and tile in the corners of the floor seemed to either not been cleaned or had some mold on them. The room had no chair except for desk chair. I don’t think this room was worth the money they charged

Was given 3 different rooms. Every one of them had not been cleaned. Ended up in a king, but shower and tv did not work. Needless to say, we did not pay for our room. Waiting to get my points back from Expedia. Worst experience ever in a hotel. Marriott do better!

Cleanliness stood out followed by very nice breakfast.....had little interaction with staff, but was late to register so called in and was accommodated no problem. Very nice front desk staffing. Was involved in other away from hotel exercises so didn't check the amenities. Oh, the elevator needs work for sure.
