The Space:

The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!



This newly-renovated, concept-designed condo features a beautiful bedroom and 1.5 baths.



In the condo, you'll find new flooring, a zen boutique design, a stocked kitchen, a desk with dedicated workspace, 150 Mbps WiFi, and a 65" UHD LED TV with free streaming of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc. with an additional LED TV in the master bedroom.



We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.



Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary.



Parking is free in front of the building.

The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is safe and there is plenty of parking. Located with convenient access to interstate 75.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system.

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

🏊🏻‍♂️ Pool access is also available via a provided gate code. Six (6) pool wristbands are provided for guest use during your stay. Please ensure that all wristbands are returned to the house before check-out. A replacement fee will apply for any lost or unreturned wristbands.



⚠️ Your reservation may be subject to a Security Deposit/Authorization Hold, this applies to some booking but not all of them. Please inquire if you'd like to know more



🔔 Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill out a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid phone number and email so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking, and you will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

📩 Please note that we do not have access to the community's mailbox or mailbox keys. Any deliveries should be addressed directly to the unit and will need to be delivered to the doorstep. Guests should not send mail or packages to the mailbox

🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 2 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

🅿️ Reserved Parking in the 2 spaces in front of E6 only; do not park in others’ reserved spaces at risk of being towed. Additional Parking in the row facing the pool.

Reminder: If you park in the overflow lot, you must display the provided parking pass to avoid possible towing. The parking pass is located inside the unit and should be hung from the rearview mirror while your vehicle is parked. Please remember to return the pass before checking out to avoid any additional charges.

Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
