Suite style condominium unit located in downtown Gatlinburg and within walking distance to pretty much everything in the downtown area including the Convention Center, Ripley's Aquarium, Ober Gatlinburg's downtown tramway terminal, hundreds of restaurants, bars, museums, shopping venues and other attractions. Free Parking. Park and walk to everything the downtown area has to offer. Wi Fi and full cable. Kitchenette for lite meals. Whirlpool Tub in master. Living area has a gas fireplace to cozy up to on those cooler mountain nights and days. If you don't want to walk you can catch the Gatlinburg Trolley at the Trolley stop just down from the building entrance. Fast & easy check in! We had a little hiccup & Randall was so pleasant, with a quick response and fast acting on handling the issue! Also, his team is awesome a beautiful couple! Location was quiet, peaceful, CLEAN & an absolute amazing location! Definitely will be back to stay again.

It was nice. I didn't remember any mention of those 75 steps to get in and out of town. I thought it was closer to town. I got used to it, but some people may not be able to walk it. The heat seemed to be a little inconsistent. Other than that, it was great.

The condo was exactly what My husband and I were looking for, for the weekend. It was very clean, bed was comfortable and it was well stocked with basic necessities. We have stayed at many VRBO locations and I can't remember another stay where we haven't had to buy, hand soap, paper towel or toilet paper. The only downside was we didn't realize we could only fill the Jacuzzi up to the jets. We allowed the water to fill the tub a little over halfway and it was freezing. Then it took a long time for the shower to have hot water because we must have drained the tank. The next time we took the water to right above the jets and it was perfect temperature. The fireplace and sofa were very cozy. Everything was just what we needed. It was awesome to have the luggage cart available at the complex. We were just bummed we didn't see bears Communication was great from our host. Totally recommend!!

Overall very satisfied. Whoever cleans the rental could do a much better job on the floors. We had an issue getting the drain plug to seal on the hot tub. Leaked enough that we ran out of hot water trying to keep it full.Definitely wildlife fun. Day we were checking out we set our trash down to load our car. Within five minutes this big guy (see pic) got into it!
