Got a room that was supposed to have no stairs to the jacuzzi and ours had stairs. Room was a little run down. Bed was comfortable however the air conditioning sucked. We had it on high the whole time and it barely did anything at all. It was almost like we had it on low the whole time. I’m not 1 balcony chair for multiple guests. No dresser to put stuff in but had hangers and a rack to hang them from. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and it took 20 mins to fill the jacuzzi.

Room filthy,moldy, smelly,paint peeling off the walls, carpet filthy dirty, hallways dark, lots of light burned out , elevator was dark and the center of the floor was sagging very nasty. Even the desk clerk told me we should get our money back. The check in area was dark. Not a safe place to stay. Went to another hotel. Praying that we can get our money back on this reservation from October 13-17,2025

The hotel is in terrible condition needs serious renovation. It has German cockroaches in the morning breakfast area. The bathroom sink in our room was next to the front door, not in the bathroom. My opinion that’s not sanitary. A plus employees running the desk were nice. But we had a difficult time sleeping here and price I paid for this room is humiliating! Price should be for sure under $100 for what’s offered. But just my opinion.

Room definitely needed a lot of work for things to work properly. If you get a room on the backside near the restaurant, beware that the trash people come through after 11pm to get the dumpsters on that side of the street (one morning it was 3am when they went through). The door had a slight gap at the bottom that bugs came through. The lights in the room had a lot that were out so we only had it lit up a little when lights were turned on. The water spigot for the tub was coming out of the wall so you had to be careful when turning on/off the water. The bathroom fan absolutely sucked and the bathroom light was outside of the bathroom. The location was great, we didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast (we didn’t wake up in time for that). They did place people next to us even though it was a floor of 4 rooms and we were the only ones on that side and floor. Got to see a bear across the road so that was definitely a

The place was not as advertised. It was dirty looking and the pool was green. The balcony that was advertised was the walkway to other rooms. We booked 2 nights but just stayed one and went to another hotel.

Decent for the price

Great location. Decent room for the price. Hair dryer didn't work, but got replaced when asked. Only 2 towels for 4 people so we had to keep going back to ask for more. The first time they were being washed, so had to go back again. Breakfast is just mainly cereal and yogurt. Definitely could use updating.
