Room definitely needed a lot of work for things to work properly. If you get a room on the backside near the restaurant, beware that the trash people come through after 11pm to get the dumpsters on that side of the street (one morning it was 3am when they went through). The door had a slight gap at the bottom that bugs came through. The lights in the room had a lot that were out so we only had it lit up a little when lights were turned on. The water spigot for the tub was coming out of the wall so you had to be careful when turning on/off the water. The bathroom fan absolutely sucked and the bathroom light was outside of the bathroom. The location was great, we didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast (we didn’t wake up in time for that). They did place people next to us even though it was a floor of 4 rooms and we were the only ones on that side and floor. Got to see a bear across the road so that was definitely a

It’s you get what you pay for, parking was good and the location was pretty good and the cleanliness wasn’t the best but for the price you can’t expect much.

The toilets do not flush very good, also 2 lights did not work in the room we ended up choosing to deal with it because we were only there at night time to sleep, this was after we had to change rooms because the toilet wouldnt even flush down toilet paper. The rooms also did not smell very good, these are things that should be addressed so that everyone can have a good experience with this hotel

Check in is at 4pm. Get there at 5:30pm room is not ready will be an hour at least. Asked if we would get a discount for not being ready was told no we would just have to wait. The door to the balcony locks were not working so the door wouldn’t even stay closed. Left side of the room lights didn’t work. Blinds to the window was broken. Love the balcony overlooks the main street. That’s the main reason I rent this hotel several times. Daytime staff was good and breakfast was standard. We usually don’t have problems here so they must have been having an off day.

Good location, but problems with the room and office: 1. Tub drain clogged. 2. No blackout curtains... room too bright. 3. Shower head needs replacement. 4. Office not always staffed in daytime. However, the location is good, with several good restaurants in easy walking distance.

Great hotel

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We like that it is close to the National Park entrance and the bypass to Pigeon Forge. This time we reserved a room with a balcony overlooking the strip. Our room was large and very comfortable. The front staff was wonderful. We love this hotel.

Clean and convenient

The staff were knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. The building exterior, main hallways, and lobby were old, but very clean. The rooms are nicer on the inside than what you would guess from the outside. Housekeeping kept our room and bathroom spotless.

It is definitely in a huge need of a remodel. It smells. The toilet was so up against the sink it was uncomfortable to sit on. The pros: hot water and comfy beds

The room was clean. Just very run down the hallway carpets were dirty the elevator was disgusting with a “hole” covered by carpet. The outlets in the room did not work and the fridge was not cold.
