Downtown Pine Tree Paradise

Pine Tree Paradise places you right in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, just a short walk from the Parkway, restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive.

The main level features a large open living, dining, and kitchen area with seating for up to 14. The living space includes a gas fireplace, 55-inch TV, and a sleeper sofa, with direct access to the deck. On either side of the main living area are two king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom featuring walk-in tile showers and their own TVs. A half bath and washer/dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Downstairs, a second open living area provides additional space to relax, complete with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Two more king bedrooms are located on this level, each with an adjoining bathroom (one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo) .

For entertainment, the lower level includes a pool table and game table, while the deck offers a hot tub accessible from multiple rooms.

For larger groups, Maple Leaf Lodge is located next door and can be booked together for additional space.

Great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was just as advertised. The location was great for walking to downtown Gatlinburg and the convention center. The 4 bedrooms with bath in each room worked great. Would highly recommend trying this property

Great location! Very spacious.

Cabin has a great layout with two living areas. The first floor living area has a pool table, which everyone really liked. Not too far of a walk to the downtown area.

Great location and so spacious

Our family loved the location and spaciousness of this cabin. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out among the four large bedrooms. The cabin was warm and cozy and well-equipped for everything we needed. We'd gladly stay here again in the future.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful cabin in the heart of Gatlinburg. Each room equipped with own bathroom. Outside area had half bath on each floor with a pull-out sofa bed. Beautiful location minutes away from the main street - quiet enough to relax, and not too far from the festivities. We all decided we would come back to this location the next time we visit as the property was well managed, and the staff was quick to answer/resolve any issues. Definitely a top recommend from all of us!

Beautiful cabin

Check in/check out was easy Cabin was very clean and stocked with essential supplies Plenty of parking space at cabin and two parking passes included for a downtown lot Convenient location to downtown- about a 12 min walk So much room and bathrooms in each room Only thing we were unsure about was trash pickup service as they did not come when we called and were nervous to keep the trash outside. Other than that the cabin was perfect for friends, family, etc. I would definitely stay again!
