Luxury spacious cabin with outdoor grill area overlooking downtown Gatlinburg. Views of the Smokies and downtown out of every north-facing window. Relax in your own private indoor pool with a big bay door that opens to the deck overlooking downtown. Sit just outside the pool in the hot tub and listen to the sounds of the Smoky Mountains.

Access to 3 Chalet Village clubhouses, which include a seasonal swimming pool and a workout room. Also comes with the Chalet Village discount program for local vendors.

Top Level
The 3rd-level bedroom is the largest, covering the entire footprint of the home, providing ample space to spread out. A king bed and fireplace with your own reading area, dual vanities, and a huge walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads. A wall of windows provides a unique view of downtown and the beautiful Smoky Mountains.

Main Level
The main-level king bedroom also has a wall of windows, offering evening twinkles of the downtown lights and daytime views of the Smokies. With its own full bathroom and a shower/tub combo.

You will find the fully equipped kitchen on this level, as well as the Dining area and the 2-story great room with a large-screen TV, fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Lower Level
On the lowest level of the home, you will enter the media area with arcade games, including Golden Tee and a stand-up multi-cade featuring a multitude of gaming classics like Pac-Man, Galaga, Centipede, Donkey Kong, and many more. In addition, there is theater seating and a large-screen TV for watching movies or the big game!

From here, you can enter the indoor heated pool through a secured and alarmed door. Open the bay door to open your experience to the sounds and sights of the Smokies. If the muscles are tired after a long day of hiking or shopping, you can step through the bay door to relax in the hot tub.

Outside:
In front of the house, beside the paved parking, is our grill area. The Chef can look out over downtown and the Smokies while searing your steaks to perfection. Feel free to take your meal inside or use the outdoor picnic area to enjoy the surroundings. Sit around the fire-pit and enjoy the fresh air of the Smoky Mountains!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation staying at Rainwater Falls Cabin. The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and practically lived in it all weekWe truly appreciated the Christmas tree, which made being there on Christmas feel extra special. The views were beautiful, and we were even lucky enough to see a mama bear and two cubs near the cabinThe only reason for four stars instead of five is that the upstairs sinks did not drain properly during our stay, and the Golden Tee game downstairs was not workingOverall, it was a beautiful cabin and a great place for a family getaway with plenty to keep the kids entertained. We definitely recommend it and enjoyed our stay

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was clean, host was responsive and we had a wonderful time! My mom and I spent every morning out on the balcony sipping coffee and the kids lived in the game room, hot tub and pool. We also loved how close to town we were. Only tip- try to arrive (for the first time) before dark so you can navigate the steep, winding road with some daylight. After a couple of trips up and down we got the hang of it and really enjoyed the beautiful views on our way to and from.

Fell in love with the photos of this cabin and were absolutely blown away at the accurate depiction! This cabin was a dream stay. We were close to all our favorite spots without sacrificing the view. The kids loved the pool and my husband and I relaxed in the hot tub regularly. We even spotted a family of bears right outside the cabin. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious cabin! Amazing views on all three decks. My boys loved the gaming area and enjoyed the pool (although it was a bit chilly). Kitchen had all of the supplies we needed to make meals. Great location- easy to get to town. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Beautiful cabin, partial views of mountain, comfortable beds. Pool was ice cold, informed management a couple of times and said pool was "probably filled with additional water earlier which will make it colder and to report the temperature which was 73. Their reply was pool company made a repair to heater and temp will be back up in a couple of hours. The next day the temp was the same so I again reported it. We rent cabins every year for our vacation and this is the first time with an inground pool so we were excited to use it! They did send someone out at 2 pm who quickly scanned the unit outside and said something about a fuse and left. Management stated they have to wait until the next day to get a fuse? Which is our last day. Pool guy did return with his 3 year old son, lunch and sat at the side of the house for 30 min then left with no communication. I had to reach out to management again that several hours later the pool temp was same. Was informed that heater was not fixable and a manager will be calling. No call, no further communication. Either get a NEW POOL company or STOP ADVERTIZING POOL AS HEATED!Also just some suggestions for any future guests that may stay: Add grilling tools such as a spatulas for grilling, possible soft pillows and warm throw for the couches The app does NOT have the pool security # listed like you suggested. You may think of adding it or continue to receive text asking. Of course from those that like to swim in frigid water.

Very clean, very nice place but if you have little ones this is not the place for you. The master bedroom has an open concept and my granddaughter could have went over the edge.

Beautiful cabin, beautiful views

The cabin was immaculate and had amazing views from every level. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and golf game. The driveway is very steep and narrow and there is only enough parking on the top flat area for one car so be prepared for that. Also, it appears there was no expense spared with the cabin but the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The loft bed required you to lay in the middle or you would roll off. This made it difficult to sleep 2 people comfortably. Also, I saw in other reviews as well, the pool temperature was a little too cool. It was not comfortable most of the time- a degree or 2 warmer would have been much more pleasant. Overall the cabin was great and the couple negatives could easily be fixed.

Overall great stay

This cabin was beautiful and had the amenities that we were looking for with the built in pool, hot tub, game room. The views were also spectacular, being able to look down over Gatlinburg was lovely. The only reason why I wouldn't give this 5 stars was that we didn't feel that the finishing touches were consistent with the nightly rate being charged. The provided toiletries were very much lacking in quality, so much so, we avoided using them. I would highly recommend bringing all of your own toiletries, soap, dish soap, and hand towels. We also found that the furniture wasn't very comfortable (beds were great though!) and there were no throw blankets or pillows provided. So, it didn't necessarily have that "cozy" feel. If we stayed again we would bring our own pillows/blanketsAgain, overall we had a great stay! It was just the little things that took away from being able to give a 5-star review.

Valentines trip

We loved the cabin we stayed in! Super clean and spacious enough for our group! Everything was easily accessible. The only thing that didn’t work was the waterfall on the pool, and it wasn’t heating the water. Besides that everything else was perfect for our little getaway! Thank you so much

Perfect location

Clean, beautiful home! Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Kitchen was perfect and beds were COMFY. Owner was easy to reach for questions and so polite! Overall, I believe it had the best location we could’ve asked for proximity to towns, the view and comfort. Bears visited every day!

Cool cabin. Management sucks. Driveway is awful, so be aware and be careful! There are also hot wire lines around the cabin, so be cautious with children. The pool was cold, could not find a remote or how to operate it. But it is a cool neat fun cabin.

Beautiful property, great location!

I loved the close proximity to all the main attractions of the area, while being far enough away you got the serenity of the mountains as well. The views from the cabin and on the drive up to it are breathtaking! It's also a great place to spot bears! We saw them around the cabin every day of our stay! There was something for everyone in our group at the cabin (ages 2-63)! The kitchen was well stocked, the cabin was clean throughout, and communication with the host was fast and hassle free. Overall, we had a great experience!

Wonderful stay!

Great place! Close to the great smokies, nice deck, little swimming pool and hot tub which is fantastic for kids. Managers super responsive. Just to note if you have young kids – the kitchen table and the beds are high up off the ground which can be a bit challenging for toddlers. For the cost, would be nice if the property supplied trash bags and supplies for the entire day, rather than just starter kits. Mattress in master bed could use replacement. Otherwise, wonderful stay!
