Come to the Great Smoky Mountains and SEE the mountains! RidgeLine condo offers amazing mountain views from the top floor that overlooks undeveloped ridgelines. You will feel like you are on top of the world, while still only minutes from Gatlinburg, the national park entrance, Ober Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and all the other attractions. Explore all the Smokies have to offer, then come back and unwind in the heated pool (seasonal) or with a drink on the balcony.

**Please note: This property is located on top of a mountain, and you will climb twisty mountain roads to arrive. A passenger car can easily make the trip, but you must go slow and be careful of other drivers. Trailers and campers may be problematic.
The condo is located on the third floor and there is no elevator available.

The host was super responsive. The view was gorgeous. The office staff was great for laundry. The entire experience was awesome. Be warned though, i did encounter a bear on my first night. So make sure you empty your vehicle of any food. Also the ride to the place is 15 minutes from anything down a mountain. So if you're as needy as my family you'll be driving a lot.

Our host communicated extremely well ahead of time and made sure we settled in well over the VRBO app. The view was beautiful, the space was excellent and very well stocked in the kitchen for cooking which is not the norm for places we've stayed. The home is well decorated and clean. Those booking should know (which we did) it's a third floor unit with no elevator and a good drive up the mountain on tighter roads at times. But for anyone who has no issues accommodating for that, this is a must book.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our family has been coming to The Summit condos for 20 years and the views are always amazing. Condo was clean and had a lot of extra blankets and covers for us. It is a steep drive up the mountain but we have done it with anything from a Prius to a jeep. Great location, amazing patio views, and clean condo!

Gorgeous view and great layout.

Took our family of 5 adults and 2 kids to Gatlinburg. It's a curvy drive up the mountain, but the view from the room was incredible. Loved the layout. Everyone was comfortable. They all want to go back.

We had an amazing stay thank you for letting stay in your condo the view is fabulous and the scernery is amazing, we will be back to stay again in the future the only bad thing was not enough towels, but if there would've been pool towels it would have been ok, but with 6people and showers and the pool just not enough towels that is our only complaint!!!!

Good for the price

The room looks fantastic and super well kept in the photos, the views are fantastic! But the pics were slightly misleading and set up a higher expectation upon my arrival. We left one night early due to the bed being so uncomfortable but enjoyed our stay regardless.

Amazing views!

The property seemed to be older and a bit dated in some regards, but the facility and this unit in particular was pretty well maintained and comfortably furnished. Unit had fast wifi with smart tv's in multiple rooms and the views were breathtaking! Hosts were very attentive and the location was less than 10 minutes drive to Ober Gatlinburg with some views on the property overlooking the slopes. The heated indoor pool was nice and relaxing in the icy cold weather. There was a small playground and an outdoor pool and small basketball goal on the property as well for the warmer months.

Great location!

We stayed a few nights to celebrate my son’s birthday and the location was perfect! We saw bears on multiple occasions, which was our goal! The condo is close to the main strip as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view

When coming to Gatlinburg , you couldn’t ask for a better view! If seeing bears is on your list of things to do, you will see them from your own balcony, which is perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktails. The only thing that was not 100% was the beds. They were a bit uncomfortable. All is all , I highly recommend this VRBO. The owner is very responsive and friendly.

Too small

The apartment was very small. Too small for 7 people.the floors were dirty , our socks and feet were dirty walking on it. There is not enough seating for 7 people, only one couch and chair. Only 6 chairs at the dining room table. The futon is very small. The stove was extremely dirty and there were scorch marks on the wall next to the stove. The description of the apartment did not say it was on the 4th floor. The apartment needs some updates.

Beautiful home and view

The condo was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 5, plus my mother in law. The views are a million times better then the pictures, and the hosts were very informational and had a ton of everyday use items stocked. Beautiful views

The property was the size I expected. Worked well for a family of 5. My kids loved the spiral staircase to the loft. The kitchen had tons to use for cooking, though we didn't do a lot of that. The property was a little beat up, you can tell it's a rental. The owners were great, checked on us and answered any of our questions quickly. The drive up the mountain took some getting use to. We saw bears almost every day. Overall, we had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo seemed a little smaller in person than it did in the picture but the space was still sufficient for us. We weren't familiar with the area beforehand, it was fairly close to downtown Gatlinburg. Apartment was clean. Communication with owner was excellent

New Year’s Eve

We enjoyed the condo. I had read the reviews before our trip and somewhat knew of what to expect with the drive up there but did not imagine how high on the mountain we would get. The view is definitely beautiful. The road is definitely steep! We are from the mountains of NC so we are used to curvy, steep roads but that’s about the curviest and steepest we’ve ever been on. The condo was comfortable and well laid out we thought. The steps would certainly be an issue for anyone elderly or with health issues though. There is no washer and dryer in the unit which if I had paid closer attention I would have known. There is a coin laundry across the parking lot which we did use to wash towels and washcloths to be able to accommodate us all. The bunk beds were uncomfortable according to our teens and the floors were sticky in the kitchen and not well cleaned. Those are about the only complaints we would have. All in all we would stay there again but definitely not if the weather was going to be bad.

Pre-holiday vacay

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The property was exactly as described with easy check-in and check-out. The neighborhood was quiet, but we did have noisy guests move on our third night. Still, it did not ruin our stay. The owner,Kevin, reached out to me several times before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I'm accustomed to packing extra cleaning supplies because some properties only have enough to get you started. Not this property! I didn't have to use any of the items I packed because the property was so well-stocked. I highly recommend this condo.
