Overall a very good property to vacation at and will there again. Nice 10 min walk to the strip. The property is quiet and the laundry facilities on each floor are a plus!

I stayed here for two nights with my fiancé, and this place is more of a 3-star hotel at best. If you're just looking for a cheap stay within walking distance of Gatlinburg, it might be okay—but don't expect much beyond that. The service was disappointing. When we asked the front desk for clean towels or help tidying the room, it took most of the day for anyone to respond. And when they finally did, all they gave us was a bag of towels and sheets to do it ourselves—not exactly what you'd expect from hotel staff. The layout is also confusing. There are two buildings: one that looks nice but has a closed check-in center, and the actual main building a few blocks away. This setup was misleading and made check-in frustrating. The rooms near the main building also looked pretty rundown and unclean. On the plus side, the AC worked well and the room was fairly clean when we first arrived. But overall, the quality and service just don’t match the high rating. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was on a tight budget with low expectations.

Nothing to like about the property. Pool is still closed and covered over. Room was clean, but out of date and pool side door had been repaired many times from being kicked in. Came back to room on last day there and found the other door standing open. Nothing missing. Room had not been serviced at all. so who entered the room.

This was misleading, the room that I booked was definitely not the one in the pictures, it was old out of date, dirty, the air conditioner barely worked, it was clicking on and off all night, kept me up, my son was flicking spiders of the sofa bed, the ice machine dirty, the door would lock but cracks, most horrible experience I’ve had with an hotel, looks run down outside, only 4 cars in the parking lot and I see why… just glad it is over with and headed home! Wish I would have taken pictures…: especially of the air conditioners!

Wish I knew before booking that the room I was staying in would mean having to walk to get to the pool. I picked the two queen bedroom and aside from having to walk it would be nice to have known beforehand that the pool with the waterfall that’s in the pics would be closed for renovations. When we got to our room the first thing we saw outside our door was that housekeeping left the trash and pillows out there. I let the reception staff know and it took well over an hour or two for someone to get it out of the way.

Could be better, not bad.

Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful, room was decently sized, beds were comfortable. Kitchenette area was great. Quiet and felt safe. Cons: Room was not cleaned thoroughly, found otc medication from a prior occupant on the floor by the bed along with a lot of dust and old fries (dropped something behind the night stand and found all this), bathrooms are not very clean, pool was closed (but could walk to other location down the street), ac had to run constantly to keep room cool, was not told anything about wifi at check in, had to call and ask. Property is old but okay. Not sure why we weren’t asked which location we’d like since there are 2-3 within a few blocks from each other, I would have booked elsewhere if I knew about the closed pool.
