The Neighborhood:
This cabin is just 3.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and features one of the most incredible views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Mt. Leconte youâll find anywhere. A peaceful mountain experience with unbeatable proximity to everything.
Getting Around:
The cabin has paved parking and fully paved roads all the way up.
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin is easily accessible in clear weather, but 4x4 is helpful during inclement conditions.
Other Things to Note:
âą Guests must be 21 years or older to book this cabin.
âą Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
âą A 4x4 vehicle is recommended when traveling in the Smokies. Roads are paved and generally accessible, but the weather can be unpredictable.
âą The gas fireplace is seasonal and typically operates from October through March, depending on weather conditions.
âą A Keurig coffee maker is provided. Please bring your own pods or ground coffee as preferred.
âą Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
âą Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
âą Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
âą Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.
⹠We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
âą Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure itâs ready for use.
