The condo will be 100% occupied by you! There is ample parking on the ground level for 2 vehicles. You can walk up 1 flight of stairs or hop on one of 2 elevators to your room on the first floor. Luggage carts are available on the ground floor next to each elevator.

Getting Around:
You will have 2 free parking spaces on the premise. You can easily walk anywhere downtown Gatlinburg with our convenient location. Uber & Lift are also available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
There are electric vehicle chargers located just across the street at Bennet's BBQ.
The unit is located right next door to the Ober Gatlinburg Tram station for quick and easy access to excellent skiing and snowboarding slopes.

We like the location for proximity to the park and with the ability to walk in town for dinner and drinks. The condo was cleaned well. High marks from me for having enough towels and washcloths for our number of days stay (I don't reuse towels). Also, the towels were good quality.

Nice, clean and comfortable condo stocked well with the basics. Location is great and we were able to walk most of downtown Gatlinburg and quickly drive into the national park. The two pools were very well maintained and kept clean. We even got to see a bear walk right by the fence of the outdoor pool from out balcony! Good communication with the owner, would recommend to others and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great condo. It was perfect for our two young kids and ourselves. Having the kitchen was very convenient. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. We even saw a bear in the parking lot!

Had 6 nights and only stayed there one night. It is an excellent place if you don’t need the pull out sofa bed. They are never the most comfortable, but this one had a metal bar right across my back. We tried layering blankets over it but it didn’t help. I ended up getting a two bedroom somewhere else. Could not see staying there any longer and being miserable.

Perfect for a couple

Condo was the perfect size for us. The bed is extra firm, so it was a little hard for us, but I know some prefer this. The location is convenient to the parkway. The shower had great water pressure.

Perfect location!

This location is excellent! Easy access to the best amenities Gatlinburg has to offer. We parked the car and didn't have to move it for two days. We walked to shopping, food, and the trail to the visitor center and cataract falls. Book this condo; you'll be glad you died

Pleasant stay

Loved the location,a lot to do and no need to pay for parking since most things are walking distance. We walk to Anakeesta and it was a 18 min walk at the most and you get to see the small stores when walking around.
