The house was very family friendly, from the pool table, game console, air hockey, and movie room and of course the large bunk beds. The house was very clean, and had tons of dishes and silverware making it easy to have multiple meals and not going through all the dishes and plates in one sitting. The owner was very responsive for a couple minor maintenance issues which were resolved immediately. Views from all decks are amazing.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation in the mountains. The cabin was well laid out, well appointed, comfortable for 15 of us from 3 generations. Plenty of room and activities for all ages. Everyone had their own bed. Views from the deck are phenomenal. Highly recommend. Took a little get used to driving up the mountain in the evening, but we got the hang of it!

Everything was great. Customer service is outstanding. We forgot our iPad on check out but they were able to ship it for us at no cost lf handling. Rooms were clean and well organized. We hope to use them again on our future trips.

The sleeping accommodations was excellent. We cooked all our meals. The kitchen is equipped for large families and cooking large meals. The cabin is setup so the rooms on each floor has privacy, and each bedroom has a full bathroom. We love Pittman Center, and the location of the Cabin is perfect. The view from the large balcony that has nice outdoor furniture, is amazing. We took many day hikes that were close by. The host was quick to respond to any requests we had. We hope to return next year.

We were only able to spay in cabin for 1 hour then a fire broke out on the mountain an had to evacuate. The next day we were able to get our stuff, but they were unable to tell us when electricity would come on. So our vacation we had to stay in a hotel.

Gorgeous Mountain Retreat

Our family loved staying in this gorgeous property that included everything you need for meals, atmosphere, and entertainment. The interior is gorgeous and the fireplace, large screen TV, and table in the den encouraged family time. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed meals at the large table. Our grandsons greatly enjoyed the movie setup in the lower level and the pool table and games upstairs. All of that plus, the owner/manager was responsive and great to work with. We highly recommend this cabin and love forward to visiting again.

Family Holiday Vacation

The cabin is extremely impressive and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly!The owner's were accomodating and communication was super simple, which I appreciated. We put the kutchen to use and were easiky able to cook for our large party. There were plenty of plates and cooking gear available in sizes that worked for the family. Views are exceptional and great location.

We had an amazing time. House was perfect for our big family with lots of room to spread out. We had grandkids from 6 months to 17 years old and they all loved it and said it went by too fast. We were up deep in the mountains which was an adventurous drive but well worth it.

Best weekend ever!

Such a gorgeous home to spend time with friends and family! The pictures don’t do it justice! It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very fast to answer any questions before and during our trip. The downstairs was perfect for all of the kids! We had 7 older kids and 6 adults. The kids went downstairs when we got there and we only saw them when the were hungry haha. Air hockey, movie theater, hot tub, and some other games
 what else could a kid want? Us adults enjoyed sitting at the dining room table with the doors open and played games with the most gorgeous back drop. We didn’t even go into town because the house was so amazing! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Disappointing

It must have been a lovely place before it was put up for sale. The drive was very very steep and scary, but the views were spectacular Not very clean. Only one person at a time can shower making it difficult with two kids. Oven was dirty. Ice maker broken. Harsh toilet paper. Outside grill was also dirty. Games outdated and not all working. Washer in very bad condition with rust inside. We would not use it.

Great for large families!

We stayed here over Christmas with 12 adults, 2 kids and a baby. There was tons of space for everyone and we loved the location! The cabin was very clean upon arrival which was much appreciated. The host even left us gift baskets with wine and snacks which made us feel very welcome. Communication was instant with the host and we had no problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this cabin for large groups or families!

Family vacation/birthday trip

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. Waking up every morning to the beautiful scenery of the mountains and the cool morning air was everything!! This home had everything we could ask for and more. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make family meals out of. The theatre room was amazing, the kids had a wonderful time they didn’t want to leave the cabin because it was so much to do right there! We made so many beautiful memories here at this cabin. Shubhangi was an amazing host, very prompt in responding, and checking on us to make sure we arrived safely. I would definitely make this cabin a place that my family and I would come back too on a yearly basis.

Perfect layout for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have 5 grandkids under 5 so as you can imagine the sleep schedules are all over the place. Layout of the bedrooms is very conducive for privacy. The “play” areas were a hit (and kinda a built in babysitter for the adults.) The host was SUPER responsive especially for a holiday weekend. The only negative could possibly be, I booked a professional photographer for family photos and the outdoor area was too narrow for a family of 15, but there’s a ton of beautiful areas nearby if that’s on your itinerary. We were all very sad to leave.

Beautiful Mountain View Cabin

My immediate family and their children stayed at Shubhangi's cabin October 12-16 to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. There were 8 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs, and we had more than enough space. The house is spacious with beautiful windows and breathtaking views of the mountains. The dogs especially loved the wraparound balconies to get their sniffs in off leash. We had 4 vehicles - 1 car, 2 SUVs and 1 large truck - and were able to fit all 4 in a row in the parking area. You just need to pull in close to one another. There's another property up the hill and down the hill from this cabin, but we could barely see them from the cabin, and it was very quiet. The kids LOVED the basement area, especially the air hockey table, and spent most of their time down there. The road up to the house is very windy and can be steep in a few areas, so coming before the sun goes down for your first drive up is definitely recommended (we got in at night and had to take it pretty slow), but that's the price you pay for a truly mountainside cabin. It's a close, easy drive to Gatlinburg, only 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Shubhangi was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with leading up to, during, and after our stay. We had everything we needed while we were there and had no issues. A great time was had by all. I highly recommend this property.

Smokey Mountains Family Vacation

Our 2 families (4 adults, 3 kids, 3 dogs) loved the cabin (Aug 6 - Aug 12, 2023). It was beautiful and had amazing views. Let's get the important stuff out of the way first. The owner is fantastic. Cabin was ready for us in perfect condition with provided kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, ac working, internet working, dog beds, extra leash, comfortable rooms, games (pool table, classic arcade games, board games) and working TV's. Owner is also very responsive which makes you feel like you will be taken care of if any issues were to arise. Parking fit our 2 cars and we could probably squeeze one more. The drive up to the cabin was very steep but once you go up and down once, you should be fine. For the dogs, there is no grass area. However, we walked up to the end of the road which exercised both us and the dogs and they figured out where to go to the bathroom. Overall, our week in the cabin was great and would highly recommend this to any family looking to vacation in the Smokey Mountains. Many thanks to our wonderful host.
