We had 21 folks stay here for a company off-site for 4 days. It was the perfect location and space for all of us. Although there were a lot of us, it never felt crowded and there was tons of space for activities and meetings. Highly recommend!

Seeing the bears climbing in the trees was a highlight of the trip. We had a group of 40. The large kitchen was wonderful. We had a great time. Now, if they could just take care of the traffic going to Pigeon Forge.

Great House

This property was gorgeous! It had plenty of space for 90 of us! We enjoyed our spring break trip here with our college & young adult ministry for a week and everyone loved it! It was only a half a mile away from downtown Gatlinburg which was really nice to be able to walk right there. Very great overall stay!

The location of this lodge is great. The space is very large. Our group enjoys the spacious kitchen. However, there are several issues with maintenance that must be addressed. It appears there hasn't been anyone to come in and inspect in a while.

Everything was really nice, the only problem we had was the downstairs toilet in one of the room's stay stopped up even after they came and unstop it. The hot water heater downstairs went out twice and we had not hot water.

Book Grand Orchard Lodge now!!

My family and I stayed here for the Christmas holiday and it was awesome. This lodge has 4 floors so there was plenty of room to spread out. It has 20 bedrooms (each with an en-suite) and a couple half bathrooms near the main living area and bottom floor near the pool table. The kiddos loved the 2 bunk bed rooms and had their own little sleepovers which gave the adults their own space. The kitchen area is huge with plenty of dining space. There is 2 of everything (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, etc). There was also ample parking approx. 14 - 16 parking spots reserved for Grand Orchard so parking was never an issue (even when we came in late from dinner). The drive to the lodge was pretty easy and not as far up the mountain as I expected (which was a plus)! My family and I will definitely book here again.

I paid a lot of money for this house, upon arrival. Remotes no backs, no batteries. Some TV’s wouldn’t work. Freezer door wouldn’t open, stove had broken door. Floor was so dirty had to wash feet after walking barefooted the first time.

The house was simply amazing! It was very well laid out in terms of rooms, bathrooms, family rooms, balconies, etc. Exceptionally equipped with kitchenware and very very clean. Had only 2 minor issues - both resolved within the day. Excellent customer service. Ideal location - walking distance to town and grocery store, hikes not too far away.

Great for corporate outing

Every year I do a planning and team building session with my group and as we’ve grown it’s been more difficult to find space to accommodate us. This was the perfect place! There was room for breakout sessions when working and plenty of gathering space for social time as well. There was a great mix of bedroom accommodations (single vs bunk) and it was within walking distance to all of the sites in Gatlinburg. The house was clean and met our every need.

Great House

We had a family reunion here and had around 50 people. The house exceeded our expectations. We had a small issue with the movie room but it was handled promptly so it didn’t interfere with our stay. The kitchen is amazing and the listing doesn’t show the 4 warming drawers that made mealtime easier.
