- Checkout is at 10am, the cleaning crew will be at the cabin right at 10am as they only have 4-5 hours to deep clean the cabin. -Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
-Dirty linen you can leave where it is -Ensure all windows and doors are locked before you leave. -Take the trash out and place it inside the bear proof garbage container.
-Turn off the lights and TVs in all rooms - Check all rooms and make sure you have not left anything behind- the cleaning company will discard any items that do not belong to the cabin.

We had an amazing trip! Fit our two families with small children easily! Hot tub was nice to enjoy after kiddos went down! They had games and tvs in every room. The top king room gets very hot to keep the basement warm (where our kiddos were) so we did utilize the fan provided in that room. We did have very cold temps the week we went (20-30s) so don't think it would be an issue in milder temps! Love when they include high chair/booster seats! Overall great stay!

We fell in love with this charming cabin and came back for another stay. The cabin is very clean, the kitchen is practical and the beds are super comfortable. We love the short drive to downtown and restaurants. We even saw a bear come up to the cabin! Highly recommend for family vacation or just a quick getaway.

Birthday Get Away!The cabin was beautiful, clean and great location. We enjoyed everything about it. After a long day around town, coming back relaxing in the hot tub was amazing. Then we would end the night with a few games of pool. One of rhe best parts of this cabin is the awesome beds, they are so comfortable. So I highly recommend booking this cabin. You won't be disappointed. Oh yea, we got to see bears

Gatlinburg Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. My husband and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and were joined by family. It was great that each family unit had their own floor and bathroom. We had the true Smokey Mountain experience with bears almost every day with one walking on the deck of the cabin! Our granddaughter loved the community pool. Convenient drive to Gatlinburg (even though we are not used to driving steep hills and curves and parking in the driveway was a little tricky) and close to Food City . A perfect family celebration!

A perfect stay! The cabin is lovely, nicely appointed, with everything you need. Beds are super comfy. The downstairs was the perfect hangout for our teen/tweens. Host communicated with us throughout our stay. Location is close to downtown but just nestled in the hills enough to feel secluded and peaceful. 10/10.

Black Bear Falls Surprise

We had a great stay at Woodlands Lodge. Enjoyed all the house had to offer. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Found out why the trash is locked when a Black Bear came by at dusk. Beautiful setting with great views of the mountains.

Nice place for the family!

Our family stayed at the Woodland Lodge for our daughter’s wedding in the Glades. Great location…cabin was clean and spacious enough for kids to play and adults to relax. Nice quiet, secluded neighborhood….but easy access to nearby amenities.
