It’s a gamble on what room you get. We stayed two separate times. First time the room had a mildew smell and the AC really needed a tune up because it was SO loud and squeaky. Second time was much better. Room seemed fresh, AC sounded much better. If you get a bad room, I’d recommend checking with the friendly front desk to see if you can switch. (We got in after midnight and were too tired to make a change so we didn’t ask). The rooms are spacious, generously fitting our family of 6 with a pull out couch in the separate sitting area. I would stay here again if we find ourselves in Nashville!

I DO NOT Recommend this hotel. We got a bad dirty room, full of dust we left our vacation sick with sinuses. Also had weird bugs and cockroaches so disgusting I will never come back!!!

Roomy. Mold in bathroom and in corners of room. Smelled like wet carpets? Or pool water? Front desk girl asleep at the desk, unable to give any direction to activity. They had painted over areas of mold on the bathroom, and the mirror was chipping and black around the trim. Door to balcony was missing paint.

There were cockroaches in our room. I do not suggest this place to anyone. Bathroom was dirty and door handle was broken. Bed made a huge boom sound extremely loud when going to pay down on it because the box spring was mental and it was warped.

When booking I thought I was booking a hotel. It was nothing but a run down motel. Room and carpet had a damp feeling. Ceiling was gross and had appearance of bugs. Bathroom was nothing but a water closet. Photos were deceiving when booking. Front office was dirty and a mess. Girl checking in was more interested in watching something on her phone or computer. This was not a comfortable stay and couldn’t wait to get out.

The room had a nice view ,bad smell and the breakfast was really good, but the behavior of the staff was completely inappropriate. As soon as we arrived, we realized that the toilet in our room was clogged. We asked them to fix it, but unfortunately, they gave us a plunger and said we had to do it ourselves. Even when we contacted the hotel manager, she said it was our responsibility and that it was the hotel’s policy for guests to fix the toilet themselves. It was ridiculous 190$ per night and this situation.
