"This property was well decorated, clean and close to town. It was a definite plus to have parking right at the unit. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in downtown Eureka. Our only glitch was trying to find the entrance to the apartment. The parking faces the unit downstairs so you have to go around the corner to get to the stairs for the second floor. "

"This property was ideal for my family of four. The location was ideal for location. It was far enough from downtown to be away from the loud noises and crowds, but close enough to be able to walk to within five to ten minutes. There was a guaranteed parking space for us in their private parking lot. The couple who ran it were great to my teenage children. They showed off their pet animals. All of my family really enjoyed our stay here. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will definitely try to stay here."
