Fabulous Service

We stayed a 5 star hotel prior- and can honestly say the service at Cititel far exceeded the 5 star hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Great location for food. Only negative is the pool is not enticing- it's too hot there with the enclosed windows.

Friendly reception and they even gave us a sea view room upgrade. Breakfast has good food choices and roti bread was made to order. Building is a bit outdated but overall still clean.

Room was right beside elevator shaft. Can hear woofee sound, particularly evening time at bedtime. If not of this, I would give high score for my stay. I think people who stay for 3 nights deserves to know what room they are getting into.
